How is the price worked out?
From our price list: the price per hoodie depends on the style, the decoration and how many you order, with price breaks at 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1,000+. All colours of the same hoodie count together towards the break. Print covers one colour in one position, embroidery covers a left-chest logo, and Print + Embroidery covers both. Prices are ex. VAT.
What's the minimum order?
10 per hoodie style (colours of the same style count together), our first price break. The builder shows the price at every break, so you can see what adding a few more does.
Is the price on the builder what I'll pay?
The builder uses our price list for the hoodie, decoration and quantity you choose. Anything those prices don't cover, such as extra positions, extra print colours or names, is quoted on your proof, and there's nothing to pay until you approve it.
Embroidery or print: which should I choose?
Embroidery is stitched in-house on our six Tajima machines and is the usual choice for a chest logo; on the Zoodie's full-length zip it's what we recommend. Print (screen print, DTG or DTF/transfer, depending on the style) suits larger designs on the front or back. Not sure? Our design service will recommend a method on your proof.
What sizes can I order?
Adult styles run from XXS to 5XL depending on the hoodie, with the largest sizes in core colours only. The Women's College Hoodie runs XS (8) to 2XL (18), and the Kids Hoodie covers ages 1/2 to 12/13. The builder only offers the sizes made in the colour you pick.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. We send free, returnable samples so you can check the fit, feel and quality before you order.
My logo file isn't great. Is that a problem?
No. Our design service is free: send what you have, and you'll see a proof before anything is made.
Do you have a sustainable option?
Yes. The Stanley/Stella Cruiser 2.0 Organic Hoodie is 100% organic ringspun combed cotton, brushed, at 350gsm.
